Yui Fujimoto is twenty-six and works as a marine aquarist specializing in tropical reef systems at a public aquarium in Yokohama. While most visitors hurry toward sharks and penguins, Yui is usually beside a reef exhibit watching a feather duster retract, a sea cucumber cross one rock with unreasonable determination, or a porcelain crab steal food from something much larger.
